I started my career as a professional makeup artist serving the entertainment community in Hollywood, CA. My career spanned 17 years before I discovered my passion for skincare and paramedical procedures.
After spending much of my time helping breast cancer patients through paramedical tattooing, I added permanent makeup to the roster of procedures I love performing for my clients. It’s a great passion of mine to help people feel better about how they look and feel.

Jo Halliday Kinal is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Medical Electrologist and Laser Technician, Licensed Phlebotomist, and Licensed Medical Dermal Permanent Makeup Artist (Tattoo & Microblading). Having started her career as a professional makeup artist more than 15 years ago, she is dedicated to providing gentle, effective care to every client.
She believes that healthy, beautiful skin begins with education and prevention, and has made it her mission to empower clients to take greater control of their beauty. Jo is committed to continuing education and staying up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, wound healing, and overall skin health.
Jo believes that once your makeup comes off, your skin should look just as beautiful without it, and she is passionate about helping you achieve that.
As required by Florida law, Jo is licensed and registered with the Florida Department of Health to perform Permanent Makeup procedures. She is also nationally certified in Phlebotomy through the NCP organization and is licensed in five states as a Paramedical Aesthetician, Electrologist, Phlebotomist, and Permanent Makeup Artist.
